Handmade vegetable enchiladas filled with black beans, peppers, corn, and zucchini, wrapped in organic corn tortillas and paired with 1.5 lbs. of house-made salsa verde. Made with real Cheddar and Cotija cheese. Gluten free friendly ingredients.

Heating Instructions
Completely thaw. Carefully pour verde sauce over the enchiladas and on the tray. Sprinkle the cheese. In a preheated oven 350F baked for 30 min or until the filling is 165F and there is a nice crust over the enchiladas.
