We are strictly a wholesale company.  For Retailers, if you are in our direct delivery area within the larger DC and Baltimore metro area we will deliver directly.  Outside of our direct delivery area, we ship product to you through a third party shipping company (minimums apply).  We currently work with Four Seasons Distributor and UNFI/ Alberts and Tony’s Fine Foods Distributors.

It is made with gluten free ingredients if indicated on the package but not in a certified gluten free facility. The facility handles products with gluten.

The facility is SQF certified and audited by Whole Foods Market.

All our food service and retail packs have nutritional panels and ingredients statements.  We can make them available to our customers via email.

No, we do not sell directly to individuals.  

Depending on the item, our fresh line has up to 21 days of shelf life from the shipping date. You may freeze our fresh meals if they have not expired yet, although this may affect flavor and texture. Let the food fully thaw, then heat the meal to 165°F before consuming. Our frozen items have a shelf life of 360 days from production, plus 10 to 14 days after thawing depending on the item. Please see the packaging for the exact shelf life.

We use almost exclusively fresh vegetables, fresh herbs, extra virgin cold pressed olive oil and cold pressed sunflower oil and meats without hormones and antibiotics ever, and cheeses without potassium sorbate and other preservatives.  We use no preservative, no additives, no soy, no fillers added. 

We prefer meeting with you to access the needs of your store or company.  In some cases we do ship samples to potential customers.
